Step 1
Depending on your browser allow saving the installer, locate the file in the downloads and launch the installer.

Let jAlbum installer finish the installation.
Step 3
Locate the jAlbum application in the start menu. After launched you can pin jAlbum to the taskbar by right-clicking the icon and "Pin to taskbar".
Make sure you sign in using your username in the jAlbum application to activate the license!
You can also activate your license by pasting 3597-92e04075da9ed3e3bda66a10268c70b5 in the menu Help / Activate license.
